So here’s a true story…George and I took almost 1700 pictures during our honeymoon in Greece. We were only there for ten days, people! I don’t really have a plan for sorting through all of those photos, but I figured that starting with an outfit post was an easy way to dive in. I ended up wearing, on average, about two outfits a day for the entire trip. We would dress casual/sporty for walking around, taking tours and going to the beaches during the day and then dress up in something nicer for the evening. Needless to say, we went through a LOT of clothes (I had to buy an extra outfit at the end of the trip out of necessity, but I didn’t mind!).

I know you guys care less about what I wore and more about what we did in Greece, which is totally cool. I fully intend to post a wide variety of outfit shots, scenery shots, photos of my husband, and lots of tips on visiting Greece! We had the trip of a lifetime and I can’t wait to share everything with y’all.

We took these outfit photos at our hotel in Santorini one evening before heading out for dinner. We stayed at the El Greco Resort in Fira, which was our favorite hotel of the whole trip! Santorini was our first stop on our honeymoon and we just instantly fell in love with the whole island. In fact, when we arrived to the hotel after a 25 hour travel day (3 flights) with hardly any sleep, we immediately got in the pool! We were way too excited to nap. Staying up the rest of that evening and going to bed on Greece time instantly got us on the right sleep schedule, and we were able to enjoy our entire honeymoon with no jetlag despite the 8 hour time difference.

We loved our hotel because 1) obviously it’s insanely beautiful! and 2) we were just on the outskirts of Fira, so we were close enough to all the action without having to deal with crowds or noise. We also loved the cliff-side walk into Fira every night as the sun started to set – I don’t think I’ll ever forget those beautiful views! We honestly had such a perfect time in Santorini that I’d give almost anything to go back. I know I can technically cross Greece off of my bucket list now, but I’d go there again in a heartbeat! So here’s my Greece tip for the day: three nights in Santorini is NOT ENOUGH!
