Hey everyone! I ordered another Stitch Fix that came over the weekend and I couldn’t wait to share my new fix with ya’ll! My first Stitch Fix post is one of my all-time most popular posts on my blog, so I’m really excited to share another one! For those of you who aren’t familiar with the company, here’s how it works:
Stitch Fix picks out five pieces to send to you to try on based on your answers to their style profile quiz. You can schedule your Fix to arrive on any date you’d like. They charge a $20 styling credit, which will go towards whatever items you decide to keep. When you get the items, you try everything on and send back what you don’t want. Your Fix comes with a pre-paid return envelope, so returning is super simple – you just drop the bag off in your local USPS mailbox.
So let’s see what I got this time!
Spiral Flower Medallion Necklace – $38: This necklace is gorgeous! I love the colors and the unique design. The price was right for such a gorgeous piece, but I wasn’t sure how much use I’d get out of it, so it was returned.
Alexandra Mesh Print Skinny Jean – $88: Every curvy/pear shaped girl knows that it’s best to not draw attention to your bottom half, and these jeans did exactly that. I liked them in the box, but they looked terrible on me. They fit fine in the waist, but the stretchy material was skin tight and just not flattering on me. They’d be cute on someone else though! Needless to say, they were returned.
Olivia Leaf Print Front Pocket Tank – $48: How cute is this top? The print is adorable! I originally thought it was butterflies, but the tag says “leaf print.” Either way, it’s too cute! I loved the fit of this top. It’s really light weight and perfect for miserable Houston summers! This one was a keeper.
Aven Dot Empire Waisted Dress – $68: I had really high hopes for this dress! I love polka dots and the ruffle on the hem is just darling. Sadly, this dress just didn’t fit right. It was WAY too low cut for my liking. I could always wear a tank underneath, but who wants to do that? It’s like a million degrees here. No thanks. Sadly, this was returned.
Side note: I love the styling cards they include with each piece! Even though I only kept one item, I wanted to snap a picture of the styling cards so that I could use them to get ideas for pieces I already have in my closet!
So here’s a breakdown of what I paid: I got the printed top, which was $48. I had a $25 referral credit, which brought the cost down to $23 total. Not bad for a top I plan on wearing a ton this summer. You’ll even be seeing me wear it on the blog tomorrow!
Overall, what do you guys think? Did they get my style right? Have you tried Stitch Fix before? I’d love to hear your thoughts!
This is not a sponsored post. I was not compensated by Stitch Fix in any way. However, if you sign up for Stitch Fix using my referral link (and place an order), I will receive a $25 credit.
